Thiamine-Responsive Megaloblastic Anaemia (TRMA) is a rare autosomal recessive disorder emerging due to mutation in the thiamine transporter 1 gene. It presents with sensorineural hearing loss, non-immune diabetes mellitus and megaloblastic anaemia.
